After a process of heat polishing and plasma silica coating, it becomes extremely smooth and clear. This provides to great comfort and aesthetics for the patients. Bijou is made from pure grown sapphire, the second hardest material in the world, which also has strong bonding strength. Once bonded on your tooth, it will stay until you debond with debonding pliers. The most common problems with sapphire brackets have been “debonding”. But, you don’t need to worry about that anymore.
